Scholarships
The Philmont Staff Association has provided scholarships since its founding in 1973. Over the years we have expanded our scholarship reach to assist with individual treks, seasonal staff scholastic expenses, and PTC youth scholarships. If you meet the requirements for any of the scholarships below we highly encourage you to apply today! Please refer to our FAQS for helpful tips. If you have any questions about which form to use, please contact officemanager@philstaff.org.

CHQ Individual Trek Scholarships
Trek Scholarships, administered by the Philmont Staff Association, are annually awarded for summer individual youth opportunities that includes Rayado, ROCS, TCT, STEM, and Ranch Hands.
Campers are encouraged to apply.
Seasonal Staff Scholarships
Each year the PSA awards $1,000 scholarships for Seasonal Staff that help them financially with their continued education and certifications.

PTC Youth Scholarships
By a generous donation of a Philmont Staff Association patron, the Philmont Training Center will be issuing a limited number of $100 scholarships for youth ages 5-10 years to participate in a Philmont Training Center youth program for their first time. Scholarship funds may be used for youth participating in Philmont Family Program or Philmont Family Adventure conducted at Philmont Scout Ranch only.
Parents or guardians of PTC Youth are encouraged to apply.
